Q: Please tell me briefly about yourself.
Hello, I'm Sang-hwa Lee from Mobile Cell team, in charge of Coinone mobile app product.
In Coinone, planning, design, front and back end development are all covered at one ‘cell.’ As a Product Manager, I direct the direction, schedule, and operation of the service related to mobile app product.
Q: Please explain about the mobile app service you are working with currently.
This is an app for cryptocurrency exchanges.
It is designed to create an environment where cryptocurrency transaction can take place anytime, anywhere which was used to be only available on a traditional PC.
Q: Wow! Cryptocurrency! How amazing! I have actually encountered the issue from the news but I never had a chance to use it before, so it's somewhat strange. I'm sure there are a lot of people like me. So could you please elaborate little more?
Cryptocurrency possesses various nicknames such as, virtual currency, cryptographic assets, etc.
To put it simply, it can be considered as a medium of individual value exchange, something like shellfish, used during primitive ages.
But the different part is that cryptocurrency is based on a technology called blockchain. It is electronic money that can be traded or transmitted online.
Coinone pursues to play a role in making the free movement of values more smooth and easier using blockchain.
Q: What do you think is the best part of Coinone app service?
Coinone is the first generation cryptocurrency exchange established in 2014.
At the time, no one really knew about cryptocurrency, requiring huge interest as well as development technology to get into this field.
Coinone is a very solid company in that respect. This is because Coinone was first started by Bitcoin Deok-hu (A Korean slang meaning a man who is very deep in a particular field).
After joining the company, I was surprised to see people get together and chat about blockchain and cryptocurrency during the whole lunch time.
As Coinone is composed of people from the existing early Coinone users to people with high interest in cryptographic money or blockchain, we focus more on providing a differentiated experience and sincerely emphasize to the user experience. In-depth user interviews are conducted to design the user experience based on the feedbacks received and the advanced data using various data analytics tools.
So we are proud to offer the simplest and most intuitive, user-friendly environment UI/UX compared to any other stock transaction or cryptocurrency mobile apps.
Q : I heard that the blockchain industry, including the cryptocurrency exchange, is plagued by hacking threats and vulnerabilities to related systems such as electronic wallet. Did Coinone ever needed security? If so, how did you solve those issues through LIAPP?
The Cryptocurrency Transaction Mobile App is a service that provides 24 hours of uninterrupted trading and coin movement.
Therefore, while maintaining the speed of app services, security is undoubtedly a major focus that should not be missed out. Due to these service characteristics, Coinone was desperately looking for a secure and strong solution that would not burden the app.

Q : As an actual user, what do you think is the biggest advantage of LIAAP?
